Jeff Kvaal

On behalf of Arm, we are saddened to announce the passing of our colleague and friend, Jeff Kvaal, Head of Investor Relations, following an illness.

Jeff was a deeply respected and highly valued member of the Arm community. He was kind, thoughtful, and had a delightful sense of humor. Everyone who worked with Jeff admired his unique ability to bring people together, ensure their voices were heard, and find common ground across different perspectives.

Jeff’s impact on Arm was remarkable. He cared deeply about the company and the people around him, and his commitment to both was unwavering. Even during difficult times, Jeff continued to support Arm and his colleagues with the same generosity, dedication, and professionalism that defined him.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Jane; his children, Thomas and Lily; his parents, Robert and Martha; his brothers, James and Andrew; and family and friends.

On behalf of everyone at Arm, we are deeply grateful for everything Jeff gave to the company and to those around him. He made a lasting difference to the Arm community. He will be deeply missed.
